THE PROJECT
This was a large 2-bed end of terrace property with high ceilings, which was converted into luxury co-living accommodation for professionals. After planning, the work started in late November 2019 and was completed March 2020.
THE WORKS
We went back to brick stripping out the chimney breast to create more space and installed new heating system and electrics.
A loft conversion including new dormer was built to create two additional large ensuite rooms. A new high specification kitchen was installed with range cooker.
We reconfigured the entire layout on all levels to create the best accommodation possible.
THE END RESULT
We created a luxury 6 bedroom ensuited home, with a spacious open plan living and dining area. The property was quickly let to professional tenants.
