Create Living Group launched in 2017, a property investment and development company specialising in creating high quality homes for the rental market. We convert, renovate and build across London, Yorkshire and the Midlands, retaining for single let, supported living and co-living accommodation.
Our mission is to create high quality homes for the occupiers, whether students, young professionals or families. Creating a great product which is stylishly designed with a quality finish means we experience high demand. Our properties rent quickly, tenants stay longer and we achieve great returns for ourselves and investors.
MEET OUR TEAM
DAVID EMIN
Director – Operations and Delivery
David is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 18 years of experience working on large scale development projects, such as infrastructure, oil & gas, residential, MOD, education, healthcare, industrial, mixed use and commercial building, with project values, ranging from £10k to £250m in value.
At Create, David looks after operations, finance and delivery of projects. He has extensive experience of construction, planning and project management.
LILY CUNNINGHAM
Director – Sourcing and Investments
Lily has worked in marketing for over 8 years, most recently within financial services and property. Specialising in brand marketing, Lily is creative and knows the importance of creating a quality product & service, to create profit and build a business.
Originally from Yorkshire, Lily knows Leeds and York inside out and at Create, specialises in sourcing solid investment properties. Being smart with layouts, development and interiors and seeing what others cannot, creating great homes which gain maximum return of investment.
